Claims & Returns
All claims must be made within 7days of receipt of goods and accompanied with the invoice relating to the order. We will replace/credit goods damaged in transit only if the damage has been noted on the delivery docket of a freight agent commissioned by us relating to that claim. We are under no obligation to accept returns where no fault lies with us. If we choose to accept re-saleable product from the customer, the stock must be returned in original packaging _as new_ and deemed by us as re-saleable upon site of goods returned. A re-stocking fee of 20% may apply.
